枪，中国武术中的著名长器械，由棍与矛演化而来，为武术常用器械之一，被称为长兵之帅。枪术历史悠久，主要动作为拦、拿、扎等。枪术的运动特点是忽长似矛，忽短似匕；尖扎把打，首尾相兼，故有“枪似游龙”之喻。

       这个套路是中国武术中最基本的枪术套路之一，其中有点枪、拨枪、拉枪、推枪、舞花枪、拦、拿、扎枪等基本枪法，配合基本步型、步法、身法，整个套路结构紧凑，枪法扎实，简单易学，是武术的入门套路。

Spear, the famous Chinese Wushu equipment, has evolved from cudgel and lance. As one of the most common used weapon, spear is always called “the Leader of Weapons”.
